During this 6 week experience, we’re covering everything from grape to glass! Learn about the fundamentals of tasting, serving, and assessing wine. Successfully navigate a wine store, a wine menu, and even pair wine for at home cuisine. Each week, we will cover an international wine varietal, along with the history, viticulture, and styles of these grapes and their homelands. In addition, current topics involving wine trends, environmental changes, and this ever-changing industry will be discussed. Taught by Kate Little, Level 3 WSET Award Recipient. Participants will receive a voucher to attend a review and test for WSET Level 1 Award in Wines.

Whether your palette loves pilsner or pinot noir, we have a class for you! You will walk away an educated consumer and server of all things hops and vine. Hosted at Buffalo State, each six week program features tastings, light fare and materials.
