July’s Family Nite features Wild Spirit Education, presenting “Birds of Prey,” and will give visitors a close-up look at some of the most dynamic creatures in our skies!
This fascinating all-ages program will feature live birds, and explore their anatomy, adaptations to their environment, and behavior.
Young Theodore Roosevelt, fascinated with nature, would have been entranced by a show like this! These birds, all local species, have been rescued by wildlife rehabilitation experts and cannot be re-released into the wild. Now they help educate audiences about the natural world around us.
The one-hour presentation will begin at 6:30. Come early for a family-friendly TR Site museum tour at 6:00, or if you prefer, stay after the presentation for a tour at 7:30!
Family rate admission of $30 covers two adults and all children in the family 18 and under.
