In this workshop, we will explore the use of multisensory approaches to balance and activate the seven Chakra using a combination of sound, vibration, color, aromatherapy, and mantra.
Approximately ten minutes will be spent on each of the seven main chakras. During this entire time, participants will rest on a yoga mat, singing bowls lulling you into trance. Each chakra will have a brief meditation, followed by prolonged periods of different sounds. During this time, the lights of the room will change color, all while you gaze up at projected visuals reminiscent of the Northern Lights. This also includes aromatherapy consisting specifically of burning palo santo and rosemary.
