Group Harmonize: Vibroacoustic Sound Table Sound Bath

Rest on a vibroacoustic sound table while soaking in the sounds of calming instruments. You will physically feel vibrations of music through the massage table.
This is a 60 Minute Session:
-You will spend the entire time resting on your own vibroacoustic sound table.
-You will spend the entire time resting on your own vibroacoustic sound table.
-During the first 30 minutes you will feel/resonate to the Schumann resonance. You’ll hear faint music through the table, but will feel its amplified vibration. During this time, you’ll listen to crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and more.
-During the second half, you will listen and physically resonate to three different meditation songs, the table enabling you to feel every note. Sound healing instruments will be used to deepen and add more depth to the music.
-Blankets provided, although you are free to bring your own.
*While I have pillows, it is recommended that you bring your own for comfort.
