Join Dr. Benjamin G. Rueda, Chief of Cardiology at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, NY, for a presentation covering the current guidelines for heart health, specifically for older adults. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A segment and an interactive demonstration with some heart-healthy exercises to do at home and class options to participate in at the JCC. Light refreshments will be included.
