ROLL EARLIER IN OCTOBER
Meet at 5:30pm, roll at 6:00pm on a 10-mile roundtrip ride with two stops to regroup and learn about different parts of Buffalo, guided by Slow Roll’s SQUAD of volunteers and accommodating all skill levels.

As one of the world’s largest free community bike rides, Slow Roll Buffalo’s mission is to provide inclusive community experiences that connect people, places, and causes by bicycle. Founded in 2014 by non-profit volunteers, Slow Roll Buffalo connects communities through guided rides for bicyclists of all ages and skill levels. With a slow pace and volunteer squad that keeps riders safe and social, each ride features a different host site and unique route around the city, including stops to regroup and meet neighborhood stakeholders before returning to the starting point for an afterparty with food, drinks, music and fellowship.

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No gas guzzlers or training wheels are permitted. Slow Roll Buffalo is a registered New York State 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our many other generous community partners help to keep Slow Roll Buffalo free and inclusive to all; a one-time annual registration is required either online or onsite before the ride.

Wheel B Herd d/b/a Slow Roll Buffalo is a New York State registered 501c3 and IRS charitable organization, all donations are tax deductible. We are a nimble operation run by an all volunteer Board of Directors, supported by our 100 volunteer-strong SQUAD.
