Learn to manipulate story and meaning with the art of editing. In this workshop you’ll learn how to take raw footage and assemble it into a narrative, whether for short films, documentaries, interviews, promotional videos, or experimental films. You’ll learn important foundational skills and best practices in Adobe Premiere, and also develop your personal editing style.

Instructor: Joseph Scordo
Joseph Scordo is a local video editor and production assistant who has worked on projects such as “Movin’ On,” an upcoming music video by Drea D’nur, and interned on “Niagara,” a PBS Nature documentary premiering in March. Joseph double majored in media production and public relations and advertising at SUNY Buffalo State University. He is currently a production assistant at Buffalo Toronto Public Media, where he previously held an editing-focused digital media production internship.
