Chef Sarah Mallare from Ava’s Table at the Vineyard will be in the kitchen at Freedom Run Winery for a dough making class on Sunday, Feb 19th from 1-4 pm. She will demonstrate how to make rustic Italian bread, soda bread, and pie dough (featuring cherry pie!). Ticket includes demonstration and sampling, plus a wine tasting, and recipe cards to take home. Chef Sarah has worked in fine dining restaurants throughout WNY and owned Magpie Bakery before joining the team at Ava’s Table at the Vineyard. Yummy!
