Luck o’ the Irish Meat Raffle
A virtual version of the trendy meat raffle will be held March 12 from 7 to 9 p.m. live on Facebook. You don’t need an account to see the event. The event will benefit after-school and year-round programming for underserved children and youth in Buffalo’s Seneca-Babcock neighborhood. Seneca Street Community Development Corporation and Seneca Gospel Mission, both non-profits who serve children in the area, are teaming up to host the event.
Two package options at $45 and $85 are available for sale by March 9. If you purchase package 2 by March 5 it is only $75. In addition to $3,000 worth of Pellicano’s meat being given away, there will be a drawing for a cooler of meat, lottery tree and a 50/50 raffle. Find details about the meat raffle and see theme baskets that will be raffled just before the event on Seneca Street CDC’s Facebook page. For more information, call 716-939-3501 or 716-698-5332.
