Traditional stretching is a great way to become more relaxed and flexible at the same time. This class focuses on areas of the body that the members need to stretch when they come to the class. Holly plays beautiful meditation music and guides you through stretches that will ease your mind and your pain. This is Holly’s favorite class to teach because of the results it gives in just 60 minutes.
LOCATION: The MUSE loft – 21 Elm Street, Second Floor
AGES: 16 years and up
EXPERIENCE: Any and all!
MATERIALS: Students will need to bring their own yoga mats and a blanket or towel.

Holly is a personal trainer in Buffalo, NY, and owns Flux Fitness, a personal training company. She was born and raised in East Aurora and she has been training in the area for about 6 years now. Holly specializes in customizing each workout based on individual goals and abilities so the workouts can be effective, timely, safe, and creative! She uses her positive attitude and energy to guide people on their journey to a fulfilled, healthier, and more energized lifestyle!
