In this class we will be making all nut truffles. (Peanut butter, pistachio, hazelnut, etc.)

Our chocolate truffles class is a hands on workshop ideal for excited beginners and any chocolate lover wanting a hands-on introduction to the world of chocolate making! We share with you how to properly make chocolate ganache to make filled and scooped truffles.
What’s included
-Instruction & hands on making of chocolate ganache
-Filling, scooping and rolling of chocolate truffles
-A box of 16 chocolate truffles to take home
-Recipe packet of each recipe made in class
