3. Best Sausage, any variety of Sausage; Best flavor, aroma, taste, texture, etc.
4. Best in Show – any variety of Sausage; judging based on sausage flavor, aroma, taste, +presentation to judges, and +selecting a RNBC beer that best pairs with your sausage.

Food and Drinks will be available for purchase throughout the event (12-10 PM)
Special event food menus will consist of locally made sausage sandwiches and specialty charcuterie board appetizers.

A $20 hold will be charged at time of reservation. This hold will be deducted from your bill at time of visit. Cancellations may be made 72 hours in advance of the reservation for a full refund. If cancellation is made 48 hours in advance of the reservation, 50% of the hold will be refunded. If your party does not cancel within this timeframe and does not show for the reservation, the hold is non-refundable. A 2-Hour time limit may be placed on your table. Indoor and heated outdoor seating are available. Our covered and heated patio will fill quickly. Parties are limited to 4 guests; this is subject to change. *ALL COVID-19 safety precautions will be strictly enforced.
