Pod Running will be hosting a Spring Half & Full Marathon Training Program partnered with Flying Bison’s Urban Runs. The program will consist of a complete training plan along with in-person weekly Speed Sessions and Long Runs.
Spring Half & Full Marathon Training Program
March 28th – May 20th
– Individualized Half/Full Marathon Training Program
– Weekly Group Speed Workouts (Tuesdays at 6pm @ Alchemy Wine and Beer)
– Weekly Group Long Runs (Saturdays at 9am @ Flying Bison)
– Tailored toward Grand Island, Happy Half & Buffalo Half & Full Marathon
– Partnered with Flying Bison’s Urban Runs
– $100 for all 16 sessions
