Join local textile artist Tami Fuller for an exciting workshop series that will teach environmentally sustainable ways of fabric dyeing. Participants will learn the various ways of color extraction, work with different materials (organic and synthetic), and learn the environmental impact of petroleum-based dyes vs. naturally derived colors. Using different fabric textiles, participants will learn how to create intricate fabric resist patterns on silk, Lino printed linen furoshiki, and more!
This program will be held over the course of three consecutive weeks with a one-time registration fee for all three dates.
