The Better Off Read Summer Book Festival is returning to Stella Niagara this July 15th. This free-to-attend, all-ages, outdoor event is meant to promote reading, encourage writing, and celebrate storytelling. The festival will feature thousands of books on sale at $5 or less; vendor booths by local authors, artists, merchants, and restaurants; complimentary face-painting and balloon animals; secret surprises; plus much, much more. Additionally, a big highlight to this year’s festival will be a special raffle featuring gifts donated by some of the world’s best storytellers. Donors include Seth Meyers, Aubrey Plaza, Bill Burr, “Lemony Snicket”, Bruce Springsteen, Topanga, Tony Hawk, and over 40 more popular celebrities, comedians, musicians, and authors.
