This workshop is an invitation to explore the art of slow movement, combined with the emotional resonance of wholesome music. First, we turn the lights down low, then we will use intuitive flowing movements to explore our physical and emotional landscapes, while also creating an environment of connection and exploration. As we sway to the sound of the music, let us unlock our imaginative souls and be moved by the emotions it stirs in us.
No matter if you consider yourself a professional dancer or someone who thinks they can’t dance, dancing is a beautiful way to express your soul. There’s no right or wrong way to move, just follow the energy and be free from criticism. Let go and connect with the natural power of life through our thirty-minute dance session. Afterward, Laura will guide us in a meditation, accompanied by Rachel’s singing bowls. Embrace the ‘flow’ of life and be present in the moment!
