Spend Valentine’s evening at the beautiful Martin House estate! The event starts with a glass of champagne in the all-glass visitor center, with glorious views of the buildings and landscape. Explore the informative displays and marvel at the views at dusk. Next, explore behind-the-scenes at the Martin House with the lights dimmed and candles lit. The 90-minute, docent-led tour will take you to spaces not available on other tour offerings. End the evening with a glass of wine and mini cupcakes in the Museum Store located in the carriage house. Visitors will explore the following areas during the tour portion of the evening:
• All three levels of the Martin House including Martin’s home office, the guest suite of rooms, the staff dining room, and the ballroom in the lower level
• Pergola, which connects the Martin House to the conservatory
• Conservatory
• Carriage House, including our Museum Store
The event includes a tour which is not wheelchair accessible. There is stair-climbing involved.
