About One Symphony Circle, Inc.
We are a joint community and congregational initiative, with representation from First Presbyterian Church, Allentown Association, and a cross-sector of community members who recognize the historic building known as First Presbyterian Church as the community asset that it is.

The landmark E.B. Green designed First Presbyterian Church is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is also listed on the Medina Sandstone Hall of Fame. Designed in the “Richardson Romanesque” style, First Church and its historic tower form a counterpoint to the celebrated Richardson Towers of the Hotel Henry on the opposite end of Richmond Avenue. Funds raised from the dinner will be used for the ongoing restoration of the tower and church roof.

About Explore Buffalo

Explore Buffalo is a nonprofit organization established in 2014 by a group of passionate and dedicated volunteers with a vision of expanding the architecture and history tours available in Buffalo. Our organization has dramatically increased its impact since then, growing from annual attendance of 6,200 in 2014 to nearly 18,000 in 2022. This has been made possible by a dramatic increase in volunteers, from approximately 40 in 2014 to nearly 300 today.

Through our tours and educational programs, Explore Buffalo plays an essential role in rekindling appreciation for our city’s rich history, distinguished architecture, and diverse neighborhoods by engaging local residents, K-12 students, and visitors from around the globe. Explore Buffalo is proud to be headquartered in historic First Presbyterian Church on Symphony Circle.
