    Instructor: Kayleigh Small

Kayleigh has always been a lover of working with her hands.  Starting with her little Peter Rabbit sewing machine when she was four and being raised by a strong mother who happened to be a Home Ec. teacher,  sewing was always a way to create. This led her to pursue a degree in apparel design and accessories design from Buffalo State and the Fashion Institute of Technology.  Creating and sewing, coupled with her love of vintage – her business, NestingDoll was born. NestingDoll is a business driven by sustainability and keeping beautiful treasures out of landfills.  Combining vintage goodies, with repurposed leather and fabric accessories, the business has grown with new and fulfilling creations. With an emphasis on natural and slow living, Kayleigh continues to create and work with her hands in her home studio in Buffalo, NY.
