If you are ready to take back charge of your health and life and overwhelmed by what diet is best, join Emily Wood, Registered Dietitian for “Going Vegan”. A three-course vegan meal at Betty’s Restaurant with insights on the many health benefits of eating a plant based diet. Take home useful information on fighting diabetes and heart disease and tips on how to transition your family to a plant based Vegan diet. Start living the life you deserve! Learn how to:

  • Decrease the need for some or all of your medications
  • Feel less daily aches and pains
  • Lose weight and stop the yo-yo dieting cycle

Emily Wood is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietitian in New York State. Emily has been a Registered Dietitian for the past 9 years, with a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, and a primary focus in preventing and managing disease through natural approaches and plant based eating. She maintains a private practice in Buffalo, NY where she helps people get off their meds, lose weight, and feel great through whole foods, plant based eating.

Cost: $45.00 per person. Includes vegan appetizer, entrée, dessert, presentation and goodie bag.
