A Yoga Nidra Experience: the practice of yoga relaxation has been found to reduce tension and anxiety. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is similar to the”going to sleep” stage. You will become completely relaxed and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. You will be guided through this process and experience a truly relaxed state of being.
Instructor: Jennifer Richter – Trained in Toronto under the guidance of her teacher Sujun Chen where she earned her 250 hour teacher certificate. Completed her 500 hours of teacher training at the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo. She is a full time school teacher and teaches private yoga classes in Colden N.Y.
