Are you curious about Ayurveda? Are you interested in working with your specific body type for optimal health and wellness? Then this may be just the workshop for you!
We will discuss the Doshas: what they are and how they inform our mental and physical health; the Ayurvedic clock in relation to day, season, and time of life; and nutrition, lifestyle and yoga asana recommendations to aid in balancing all doshas.
This workshop will be comprised of lecture and movement, so please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, water bottle and note-taking supplies.

Denise Carr, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, has been studying and practicing Ayurveda in depth for several years. Recently, she completed her certification as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist from the Himalayan Institute in Buffalo. This certification allows her to provide personalized Ayurvedic consultations and workshops. She looks forward to sharing this knowledge with you!
