Join us at Delaware Park as we bring light to the darkness of cancer through our annual Light The Night event.
Light The Night is an annual, evening fundraising walk dedicated to raising critical funds for blood cancer research. There is no registration fee, and anyone is more than welcome to come out. We do however encourage all walkers to raise a minimum of $100 to become a Champion for Cures, and earn a commemorative T-shirt, as well as a wristband for access to free food and games.
All registered walkers will receive an illuminated lantern to carry on walk night –red for celebration and community, white for survivorship and hope, and gold for honor and remembrance.
For A Good Cause
Light The Night is a fundraising campaign benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. LLS is the largest nonprofit dedicated to fighting blood cancers. We work to find cures and ensure patients can access the lifesaving treatments they need. Our work has helped millions impacted by cancer. More than 65 years of fighting blood cancers has led us to a game changing belief. The cures for cancer are in our blood. Each year friends, families and coworkers form teams to raise money in support of our mission.
This year, in the fall, these teams and their communities Light The Night at our walks where we gather together to celebrate, honor and remember those touched by cancer.
