  • An incredible system to heal the body, restorative yoga focuses on nurturing you from the inside out. Harmonize your mind and body with a series of relaxing poses that bring you into peaceful stillness. Props such as bolsters, blanket and blocks support held poses that allow your muscles to release tension and your mind to settle into a receptive state. We will practice a series of longer held poses each bringing you closer to letting go and deeply restoring. Come learn techniques to heal past injuries, relieve anxiety, ease stress, and encourage more restful sleep. Restorative yoga can help you release held tension from deep within and allow more fluidity back into your body.

    After yoga we will gather for some warm chai made by Rachna. The chai is made using coconut milk. Recipe will be available.
