Establishing a yoga practice is a powerful way to reduce sleep issues. Yoga helps us connect to the still, quiet, peaceful place within us which can be called upon when we are having a hard time falling asleep or struggling with waking at night. Having issues with waking in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep? Feeling anxious? Indecisive? Frazzled? This class is for you. In this class you will practice yoga at a slow pace. We will move from posture to posture with fluidity; like we are in warm water. We will work on creating a strong foundation from the toes and feet, legs, the seat, hips, and the core. We will work on present moment awareness and staying warm. We will conclude our practice with a long relaxation.
