    Summer- June 6, (TBD – June 13 or 20), 27, July 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 15, 22

    Gentle Hatha Yoga – 5:30-6:45pm

    Gentle stretches to warm up joints and muscles, postures to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all but especially students with injuries or limitations.

    Gentle Power Flow Yoga/Pilates – 7-8:15pm
    More vigorous featuring relaxation, warm up stretches, series of sequences and Pilates postures designed to build strength, endurance, and body heat.
