Relaxation is just a workout away! Join us every Thursday at 6 p.m. during Fitness in the Parks 2019 (May 28 – August 24) for Yoga in Ellicott Creek Park. Perfect for all skill levels, this class features gentle, effective postures that help you stretch and relax, as well as improve mental awareness and blood circulation, strengthen muscles and reduce stress! Bringing your own yoga mat is recommended. Please note there is no class on July 4.
