New year, new you! Everyone has resolutions for the New Year. If getting fit is on your list, this challenge might be just right for you. The JCC is introducing a brand new fitness and wellness challenge called Body Evolution and it starts on January 22. This fitness competition involves working out together for up to an hour a week in teams of two or three plus your own personal JCC Lifestyle Coach for 12 weeks.

How the Competition Works

Flexibility meets accountability here. Everyone’s workout preferences are different. This program lets you choose how you work out, on land or in the water, while your lifestyle coach holds you accountable. From personal training to group fitness classes to aquatics, you have so many options! There will also be opportunities to meet with a registered dietician and of course weekly check-ins and suggestions.

Teams win together. First place winners each receive $100 gift certificates and runner up winners each receive $50 gift certificates. Coaches, too. This way everyone is motivated to keep each other on track. Your fitness goals are well within reach, especially when you have a support system like this.

The Body Evolution Fitness Challenge starts on January 22 and runs through April 15. Full members pay $288 to participate, gym only members pay $324 to participate, and non-members pay $384 to compete. There is also a fantastic membership offer available if you have not yet joined!
