You can now add Explore Buffalo walking tours to the list of things you can enjoy this summer!
In early July, Explore Buffalo announced that their walking tours are now available for booking, including 133 tours and 40 different tour offerings.
July 9-15 is Explorer Pass Week which means pass holders get exclusive tour access. Starting July 16th (716 Day!) tours are open to the public.
The upcoming tour schedule is packed full of good stuff, offering several tours each day, 7 days a week through the end of July. You’ll find tours like Hertel Avenue History, Delaware Avenue Mansions, Best of Buffalo, Turn of the Century Treasures, and the crowd favorite Silo City Grounded. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Personally, I’d hop on the City Murals by Bike tour if it were me.
In our opinion, this summer is the perfect opportunity to experience an Explore Buffalo walking tour. This may be one of those activities you may not take advantage of as much as you should as a Western New Yorker, holding off until friends or family come in from out of town. But with most major events and festivals cancelled or reimagined in a virtual way, you have plenty of time to step out and try some things you’ve always been meaning to check out. These tours are not just for visitors, guys!
