There are a few in Cleveland and Albany, about 15 in the western states, some in Canada and 8 overseas.

“The Fresh Healthy Cafe concept  originally started out as a smoothie and juice business.” said Gzyl. “I can tell you the smoothies will blow away anything you’ve tried before.” In addition to the long list of juices (any mixture of orange, carrot, apple, celery, cucumber, beet, spinach, kale, ginger [don’t forget wheatgrass]) and smoothies, they now have other healthy options to compliment – wraps, paninis, salads, soups, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches and sides. Some of the unique local offerings include sweet and savory crepes, anti-biotic free meats, gluten free products and vegan menu items. They also have a full coffee/espresso bar with specialty coffees from Buffalo’s own Kornerstone Coffee. Click below to see their full menu and note they cater for personal and business, and offer a kids menu to boot.

At Fresh Healthy Cafe you’ll find a casual seating area that includes a 62″ flat screen TV,  a gallery that displays works from local artists, and a specially equipped  meeting room in the back with all the latest tech features for businesses, or club meetings that will seat about 20.

Fast food doesn’t have to make you feel bad. Like they say at the cafe -“this is definitely not your father’s fast food.”
