Have you heard? Due to Covid-19, we’ve temporarily changed our motto to “Stay In, Buffalo”.  And for the foreseeable future we will be posting content that shares how our community can continue to support local businesses while adhering to guidelines set by the CDC.

By now you’ve surely heard of WNY Feeds the Frontline – an campaign raising funds to order food from local restaurants and deliver it to healthcare workers on the – you guessed it – frontline.

In addition to making sure our healthcare heroes are well fed (we’ve heard this has been a HUGE success so far), two local businesses are jumping in to ensure the caffeine is a flowin’ for a variety of essential workers with “Fueling the Frontlines“.

On April 24, Of the Sea and launched Fueling the Frontlines with Coffee to provide coffee for the frontline workers and first responders in our community. “Purchasing a print of Coffee Cups of Buffalo benefits frontline workers and first responders and your favorite local coffee shop, “ said Kaylyn Zurawski.

Local coffee shops will serve coffee to frontline workers and first responders such as Police Officers, Firefighters, Grocery Stores and more. The proceeds will only be used for providing coffee for local frontline workers and first responders. This supports our community and the coffee shops. There are two options to show your support for your favorite local coffee shops.

“Every day our healthcare workers and first responders are leaving the safety of their homes and putting themselves in harm’s way in order to save lives,” said Kaylyn. “We recognize the sacrifice they’re making, and this is one small way we can support them while they battle on the front lines.”

Our frontline workers and first responders are working around the clock, giving their all to treat COVID-19 patients and keep us safe. Want to help fuel these essential workers during the Covid-19 pandemic? Visit!
