The Grand Lady is docking at Buffalo RiverWorks for the 2017 season, and the ultimate boozy partnership is hitting the waters this summer!!
Now sailing for summer 2017, The Grand Lady is ready for months of on-the-water adventures. Are you? If you’ve never cruised the Buffalo River toward the entrance of Lake Erie, get on that ASAP. In our book, it’s the best way to travel through Buffalo’s past, present, and future.
There’s a bunch of different cruise options: lunch and dinner cruises, afternoon river cruises, happy hour cruises, and a personal favorite of ours –tap takeovers!! Routes vary, but noteworthy views along the way may include Buffalo Outer Harbor, Erie Basin Marina, and Black Rock Canal near the Peace Bridge.
What’s on Tap?
Buffalo’s microbreweries will have all hands on deck to pour the best brews of the summer. Tap takeovers are on the calendar for June, July, and August, and each one is going to be brew-tastic!
Since different breweries each get a turn behind the bar it’s completely acceptable to sign up more than once. If you have the time and money do them all, and be sure to share your favorites with us. Hint: #hashtagstepoutbuffalo.
There are 6 dates on the calendar for the summer. Challenge accepted? But really, if boat selfies are on your summer bucket list, get signed up and thank us later. Cruises board at 6:30 p.m. at RiverWorks and leave the dock at 7 p.m.
