Ghostfish Brewery East, a brewery from Seattle that specializes in gluten-free beer, will soon open in Westfield after signing a three-year lease at the Lake Erie Grape Discovery Center.
Buffalo Business First reports that three liquor license applications were filed for the location on June 7 through the State Liquor Authority.

The brewery, which is set to become part of the Lake Erie Wine Country Trail, Ghostfish could be open by September. Renovations are currently underway.
Ghostfish Brewing Co., which originated in Seattle in 2015, has expanded with wholesale distribution across 17 states, as well as into Canada and the UK.
