We love farmers’ markets! Who doesn’t? A stroll in the sun, buying what looks good, perhaps a little entertainment while you bite into a perfectly ripened, juicy peach. Of course, it doesn’t always go that way. Â So this is our attempt at helping you make your trip to the farmers’ markets more of a”hit” than “miss” this year.
This work in progress farmers’ market guide covers all of WNY from the Southern Tier to Niagara County. As more information becomes available, we will update the guide, so check back often! As always, the season will play a large roll in what’s available. Scroll to the bottom for a seasonal chart for help on what to expect out of your trip to the market each week.
Here’s a tip for the newbies: Visit early, visit often.
