Has your fitness routine been lacking since COVID took over everything? Or are you looking for a way to switch up your current routine? Well we have good news! While gyms remain closed due to NYS guidelines, they have been given the go-ahead to hold outdoor fitness classes. This means outdoor yoga, spin classes, bootcamps, and more. If you are going to sweat it out, why not do it with a group of people for that extra motivation. Throw so music and nice weather into the mix and you’ve got yourself a workout that is actually pretty fun and something you can feel good about. As always, social distancing should be practiced while participating in these classes.
