Grit House just isn’t your typical fitness studio. Spoiler alert: they’re wayyyyyy cooler. #Facts
Fact 1: Great music = great workout.
Music motivates, and at Grit House they keep the beats fast and the bass down low during spin class.

Fact 2: Think booze meets fitness.
They are one of the first studios to do beer yoga and host other drinking/fitness pop-up events. YAS!
Fact 3: Fitness isn’t limited to the studio.
They plan outdoor bike rides, whitewater rafting adventures, and hiking trips, and offer free Outer Harbor workouts in the summer. 🙂

Fact 4: They do themed classes.
Because adding a theme to anything is always a good idea. Didn’t make it to Coachella this year? No worries. Pretend you are in the California desert by heading to a Coachella themed class or a Pearl Jam-themed yoga class.

At Grit House, you can ride, condition, flow, sculpt, or all of the above. This fitness studio has it all, and is located right on Main Street in the village of Hamburg.

Here at SOB, we’re firm believers that atmosphere is everything, especially when you are breaking a sweat. And Grit House is killin’ it in the good vibes department. Think Allen Burger Venture meets spin studio. Yes, we’re talking wood pallets everywhere, tractor seat bar stools, and old vintage saws as wall decor.
