1. Hockey Night at the Ballpark
Saturday, August 20
Bisons Hockey Night is returning to the ballpark on Saturday, August 20. This event is a collaboration between the Buffalo Bisons and the Buffalo Sabres.
In other words, it’s time to lace up your sneakers, tap up your mitts, and head to the ballpark. The Bisons players will once again wear Custom Hockey Night Sweaters….er Jerseys during the game, that will be autographed and raffled off during the game, with net proceeds to benefit the Sabres Foundation!
Sabres Forward Jeff Skinner will have the Hockey Night Ceremonial First Pitch and Buster’s friend, Sabretooth, will also be at the ballpark to meet with fans. There will also be a pregame Autograph Session with select players from both the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Beauts (players TBA) from 5-6 p.m.
Tickets are just $16 each when purchased before the day of the game and are available online.Â
2. Marvel’s Defender’s of the Diamond Night
Saturday, August 27
The Bisons have teamed up with Marvel for an all new super-powered event, Defender’s of the Diamond Night, on Saturday, August 27. Along with character appearances by Captain America and Captain Marvel, the Bisons will wear specialized Marvel-themed jerseys that will once again be autographed and raffled off during the game. There will also be an all-new postgame Laser Show for fans to enjoy.

3. Honda fridaynightbash!
Fridays (August 19 and 26, September 9 and 23)
When 5 o’clock rolls on a Friday, it’s time to start drinking and Sahlen Field is home for the best deal on craft beers in the city! Each of the Bisons four remaining Honda fridaynightbash! games feature a Resurgence Brewing Happy Hour from 5 to 6:30 pm with 12 oz. craft beer for $4 each as well as select $4 concession items. Plus, if you stay for the game, there’s an award-winning postgame fireworks show to see!Â
4. Tops Dog Day at the Park
Tuesday, August 23 and September 6
Bring your best friend to the ballpark for this special dog-friendly event! Your dog(s) enter for free with your ticket purchase. If you want to add a little something special to your gameday experience, you can purchase a Treat Ticket which includes a special treat for you and your pup at the game.Â
