SOB Listing

Pizza Journal: Imperial is located on Abbott Road in South Buffalo. It came highly recommended, so I was excited to try it. Clearly – I forgot to take a photo, ate a piece, then hurriedly took this mess of a picture so I could get back to eating. It was absolutely delicious. The pizza had a good combination of crunch, fluff, flavor and spice. The pepperoni was thick and meaty, fresh cheese covered the pie all the way up to the crust and a somewhat chunky sauce was subtle. This is a pie to try – add it to your list. This one is going all the way to 5. I seriously wish this was my regular pizza place.

Tester Observations:

CRUST: crunchy bottom but fluffy throughout the rest

SAUCE: sweet sauce with some tomato chunks, not much sauce – perfect amount

CHEESE: thicker layer of cheese, very flavorful & fresh tasting

PEPPERONI: a lot of flavor, crunchy on the outside, very thick

See where this pizza’s crust, sauce, cheese and pep fall on our observation meters. More importantly – what rating does it get on our LIKE-O-METER:

 Imperial-scale
