Famous Toronto chef Matty Matheson recently announced to his 871,000+ followers on Instagram that Buffalo-style pizza is ~the best~. He also added that Buffalo is “ONE OF THE BEST AMERICAN FOOD TOWNS EVER!” and who are we to disagree?
Chef Matty Matheson is a Canadian based chef who, per his Instagram bio, is a “Canadian legend”. He runs both Maker Pizza in Toronto as well as Matty Matheson’s Meat + Three, and was a regular on Vice’s show ‘Munchies’. Matheson also has 2 different pizza locations, and if his latest Instagram post is any indication he might be incorporating some Buffalo-style goodness into his menu soon.
