You might be wondering…. is it a new restaurant? The answer is no.
A new bar? Again, no.
Buffalo Raw Bar is a raw bar setup designed to travel to you, recently launched by two young local entrepreneurs.
For a fee they’ll show up at your house / backyard / birthday shindig / anniversary celebration / any kind of party you can dream up, raw bar wagon in tow and turn that snooze fest into the talk of the neighborhood.
Brendan Cox and Sam Misiti, buddies from high school, have been off to college and honing their skills at the Grange Community Kitchen in Hamburg. The wagon is more like a seafood counter, specially designed and handmade by local Amish craftsmen.
The guys will amaze your guests with their shucking skills while doling out some of the freshest and yummiest seafood you’ll ever sink your teeth into. Party throwers can choose from pre-built packages or mix and match what they want, picking from different origin oysters, scallops, shrimp and crab. BRB even brings the sauces.
If you’re throwing a wedding, business event, or party in the backyard we really can’t think of a better wow factor to compliment/replace the standard program, whether it’s a perfectly grilled steak or a sad burnt burger. The key here is you don’t need to do anything but pick up the phone and reach into your pocket to make that event awesome.
