Get juicy in WNY
Juice bars to go along with the new year and new you. “Why drink my food?” you ask? Juicing helps preserve the enzymes of the food you’re consuming, giving your digestive system a break. Not to mention, if you’re at the right place (see below) you’ll be getting fresh ingredients that we all know have many health benefits. The key is to eat the natural stuff – none of that concentrated, bottled shenanigans. The real thing is far and few between around here, unlike in big cities, but the following places can get you on the right track and offer some extra boosts if you’re feelin’ it. Also- don’t be afraid to add some veggies into your juice/smoothie (kale, carrots, etc.). Be adventurous, you never know.
