Intro to Boxing
- This class is a great way for any new member to get started, together you will go over technique while still getting a good sweat in!
Lightweight – 30 min
- 5 min cardio
- 5 3-min rounds of boxing
- 5 min cooldown
Prizefighter – 60 min
- 15 min strength and cardio warmup
- 8 3-min rounds of boxing
- 12 min core and flexibility cooldown
