Halloween is an excuse to dress up (in your favorite TV character getup – obv), get saucy, and (Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids voice) PAAAAAAR-TAYYYY. Oh and there’s candy, lot’s of candy (at least at the good Halloween parties, hint hint.) So naturally, we’re obsessed with the holiday. Finding where and when to party is easy, especially since we put together a list of the best Halloween events on the calendar for 2017 in order of date. See you at number four! 😉

1. Peepshow: Scary-Oke!

Dress to impress, grab the mic, and get ready to take center stage at this Halloween party with a twist. Partygoers can perform in any of five themed karaoke rooms designed by local artists, and event proceeds benefit Squeaky Wheel Film & Media Art Center.

 

2. Rocky Horror Picture Show Party

With Labatt, Jägermeister, and Magic Hat Brewing Company as our event sponsors this may just be our best event yet! Expect 15 participating bars with drink specials coming out the wazoo, 4 Hertel Ave eateries with specials all night long, welcome goodies at check-in, and prizes for best costumes in three categories – TBA here soon. This Lockport brewery loves an excuse to throw a party. This Halloween party is cover free aka more beer money. NYBP’s beer list is lengthy, so deciding on a first pint can be challenging. Pro tip: we recommend the newly released Zombie Farmhouse Ale.
