Lemon Drop Gifts is making gifting easier than ever before. This gift service is perfect for busy people who want a thoughtful, personal, and simple way to stay in touch with their loved ones especially during these unprecedented times when getting together in person often isn’t an option.

Founder Diane Sonnenstein and her husband Sonny moved to Buffalo two years ago from Portland, OR.  While in Oregon, Diane felt isolated from her mother who was thousands of miles away in a senior living community. She searched for something thoughtful and personal to send periodically, a little package that would bring a little joy to her day. Not finding anything that fit the bill she launched Lemon Drop Gifts:

We knew there were lots of other busy people who wanted a simple and personal way to send a little joy to their loved one so we created the Lemon Drop Box… because nothing can surprise and delight like an unexpected package sent straight from the heart!”

What it is:

Each Lemon Drop Box is packed with 3 – 5 thoughtful, fun and unique gift items plus a personalized photo Gift Note so the recipient will think they spent hours creating the perfect surprise just for them. Lemon Drop curates gift items for the Lemon Drop Box from a number of places and they try to include local area businesses when they are a good fit. Past Lemon Drop Boxes have featured The Sweet Whisk, Dragonfly Jam & Jellies, Wild Fern Co. and Watson’s Chocolates, and their website features wonderful photography from Brenda Feldstein of “A Special Story”.
