Larkin Square is about to get back into full swing, and it can’t happen soon enough. If you’ve yet to stop by a Larkin Square event, make this your year. Live at Larkin is a free live music event every Wednesday in the center of the lovely Larkin Square. The area is filled with colorful & unique lawn furniture to enjoy at your leisure, as well as an outdoor bar, a covered boardwalk filled with tables and chairs and plenty of green grass for lounging. Make sure you only park for free and bring a blanket just in case. The Live at Larkin series starts on June 18, 2014. The recently announced schedule is below. See you there!

Here’s what LarkinSquare.com has to say about Live at Larkin:

Live at Larkin, presented by First Niagara and sponsored by Independent Health,  returns on June 18, 2014 to kickoff our 14 week season! Enjoy live, local, original music, hula hoops, pickleball and more every Wednesday 5-8 pm in Larkin Square. Free and open to the public.

By the way: If for some reason Wednesdays are bad for you, or you just can’t wait any longer to get to LS, Food Truck Tuesday starts up TODAY (5/6) and will continue to gleefully make a difference in our gloomy Tuesdays well into October. FTT now not only features a growing number of street food vendors but offers live music on the boardwalk as well. It’s awesome I tell you, awesome.
