Our line of products are built on a foundation of outstanding local grains. Until recently, the bulk of North American malting operations were in the Mid-west and Canada. We’re extremely fortunate to have four new maltsters in the WNY area: Pioneer Malting, NYCraftmalt, Queen City Malting, and Niagara Malt work with local farmers to bring us the best barley in the region. Our process gives customers a deep understanding and taste of their local agricultural systems. We love the flavor of NYS grains, and so will you!
