Fat Tuesday or as the French put it so eloquently, Mardi Gras, is a big celebration of basically eating whatever you want and partying it up before the season of Lent. While it is popularly celebrated in the city of New Orleans, that doesn’t mean Buffalonians can’t get down like the southern folks. Yes, Buffalo will accept any opportunity to party, especially on a Tuesday.
