We don’t know about you, but we’ve got the winter blues. Maybe the cure is a little rock and roll instead? Fortunately for us, Shea’s 710 and MusicalFare Theatre are welcoming a rockin’ Tony® award-winning musical to the stage next month.

Introducing … Million Dollar Quartet! Since its premiere in 2007, this production has graced theatres and entertained audiences across the country with its blend of history, story, and larger-than-life characters. The plot of Million Dollar Quartet is centered on a lightening-in-a-bottle moment in rock and roll history: back in 1956, rock and roll luminaries Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash met for an impromptu jam session in Memphis, Tennessee. The unexpected recording session was spontaneous, significant, and ripe for storytelling.

The production transports the audience back in time to the meetup between the four Southern rock legends, during which a once-in-a-lifetime recording was made. You’ll be dancing in your seat as hit songs including “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Fever,” “Great Balls of Fire,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On,” “Hound Dog,” and many more are sung—and played!—live on stage.

Fans have called Million Dollar Quartet funny, entertaining, and simply exceptional. If you appreciate skillful performances, you’ll have a smile on your face from beginning to end. The show has made its way to Broadway and back, across the United States, and now we’re honored to present MusicalFare’s production at our very own Shea’s 710 Theatre.

Tickets are available now. We highly suggest snagging yours while you can, because a show like this promises quite the turnout. MusicalFare’s 2017 production at their home theater in Amherst played to sold-out crowds for over 30 performances!

Hint, hint: date night inspo right here. A pair of Million Dollar Quartet tickets is sure to make someone feel like a million bucks!
