Pizza Journal: Mister Pizza sits on Elmwood, with a menu that includes the pizza place “ushh”. One thing that brightened my day from the start? Easy parking. It’s not much, but on this journey, it’s something. I’ve heard good things about Mister Pizza’s pizza. As I waiting in anticipation for my order, I wondered – will  I be let down for another consecutive day or will the recommendations hold up? I’m thrilled to report that this pizza is outstanding. Lets start with the dough – amazing. Soft and almost inviting. Begging for me to keep going. See below for my references to Heaven. The sauce & cheese were there, together in harmony. Herbs under the cheese, noticeable to the eyes and tongue took the flavor over the top. Was it Oregano? The pepperoni was on the larger side, with good flavor. This is what I’ve been waiting for. People that live in Elmwood Village get all the good stuff.

Tester Observations:

CRUST: really good, perfect actually, heavenly – yes, I went there

SAUCE: on the sweeter side, not a lot of sauce – but enough

CHEESE: perfect amount

PEPPERONI: really good, a lot of it, a slight spice to it

See where this pizza’s crust, sauce, cheese and pep fall on our observation meters. More importantly – what rating does it get on our LIKE-O-METER:
