Discovering a new a boozy brunch spot is our favorite, and this time Hamburg is bringing. It.

Our neighbors at Alchemy Wine & Beer are hosting an extra special brunch every Sunday and it’s everything. The brunch is themed, which we love especially because this particular theme involves booze and live jazz music. Sounds dreamy, right?

Foodies Who Brunch

The brunch menu is short, but on for good reason – it’s carefully curated, much like the beer and wine lists you’ll find at Alchemy. TBH, we’re thankful because we’re still having a tough time picking faves out of these 6.

If hearty and savory is your preferred brunching style, you’ll love the sound of this frittata. If it’s not your style, it’s about to be. They have a vegetarian, gluten-free frittata, and for meat lovers, a meat and potato frittata made with a hash brown crust and topped with a layer of chorizo sausage. #blessitall

Sure, a breakfast sandwich may sound basic, but this one is anything but. From the buttery brioche roll to the smoked prosciutto to the homemade ketchup, this is a recipe for a flavor bomb going off in your mouth. As for the crab cakes benedict, you had us at citrus hollandaise sauce.

All about the sweet life for breakfast? Someone’s gotta be. Alchemy’s stuffed french toast features Mascarpone and bananas foster caramel sauce – a sinfully sweet combo in all the right ways. If you prefer your brunch with a side of sugar, order beignets for yourself the table. See, we told you there were low-key NOLA vibes in the best way possible.

Can’t decide between sweet and savory? Don’t. Go halfsies with your brunch buddy and order yourselves a feast.

Brunch Booze

Let’s talk brunch beverages. You can order a pitcher of Bloody Geisha (AKA a Bloody Mary made with sake). If you love your brunch bubbles, get a fruity bellini flight or your traditional mimosa by the glass or carafe. How many times is too many times to say bless it all in an article?

Jazz Vibes

The jazz brunch music lineup changes weekly, so there’s always a chance to discover a new band. The live band plays from the second floor stage, so brunchers can listen and still chat. Brunching continues on Game Day too, but with the Bills game playing on a newly installed 10-foot projection screen. #GoBills

Sip, sip, hooray! See you there next Sunday?
